Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £40.

For orders under £40 or outside of the UK, delivery charges will vary. Total delivery costs are calculated at checkout. You can also find delivery cost at the bottom of every product page.

In order to reduce transportation emissions, parcels are shipped to you directly by our brand partners. Because of this, you may receive more than one parcel per order.

After purchase, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive another email with relevant tracking information, if provided. 

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, import duties or other taxes.

Returns

If you would like to return or exchange an item, you can access our returns portal by clicking here to request an exchange or refund.

Please note that we are only able to process returns & exchanges within 14 days from the date you received the item. 

Returned/ Exchanged items must also comply with our returns policy below:

  • All goods must be returned unworn and in the same condition as it was received, with all original tags attached.
  • Certain items such as lingerie, socks, beauty products, earrings may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • A refund will be issued once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check and will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non refundable and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.
  • Some sale items may be final sale. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated within the product description.
  • To reduce unnecessary transport, we kindly ask that all returns are shipped directly back to our brand partners. All of the necessary shipping details can be found in our returns portal.

We encourage customers to obtain proof of postage, as we are unable to process refund/exchanges until we receive and confirm the condition of the original items.
