Jewellery for Good
Karina Johansen created RAW Copenhagen to provide simple, fuss-free, feminine jewellery. She also launched the brand in efforts to push the sustainability agenda in the jewellery industry, while proving business can be used as a force for good. That is why 10% of all proceeds are donated to Women for Women, an English NGO helping female survivors of war in Afghanistan, the Balkans, and other war-torn countries. As Karina spent several years working in the Balkans supporting refugees, this cause is particularly close to her heart.
"It is naturally best if the promotion of the sustainable development goals is done simultaneously by governments, businesses as well as civil society in order for it to have the biggest impact" - Karina, Founder
